Vice President - Membership |
Responsible for keeping the chapter aware of their role in membership growth. Focus on recruitment, retention and recognition of members. Help chapter members meet the goal of attaining a high number of dues paying members in relation to total mailables. Coordinate the Alumnae Initiation program for the chapter. |
MAP Coordinator |
Identify easy ways for the alumnae chapter to become more visible in the area (MAP plan). Provide assistance, as available, to support collegiate chapter’s MAP plan. Report to the chapter on Alpha Phi International’s current Potential Member Reference and Legacy Policies. |
Vice President - Programming |
Set the meeting dates with the Executive Board and work with the Program Committee or independently to arrange meeting locations |
Collegiate Chapter Liaison |
Coordinate and direct the collegiate support of the alumnae chapter. Help and assist in participating in additional collegiate chapter activities. Serve as Chair of Collegiate Support Committee. |
Secretary |
Submit brief written reports of Executive Board meetings to the |
Quarterly Correspondent |
Submit information about innovative or important activities of the alumnae chapter to the Quarterly Editor at the Executive Office. Take pictures at alumnae chapter events to submit to Quarterly and local newsletter. |
Communications Chair |
Produce a newsletter to be sent to all mailables at least once a year. Create an effective reminder program for chapter events. Produce programs, certificates and all the printed extras for each event. |
Fundraising Officer |
Responsible for planning fundraising activities. |
| Midtown Ivy Circle Contact | Serves as planner and organizer of the Midtown Ivy Circle Events. |
